About Club Excellence

Club excellence is a new form of service managed by the wedding agency Excellence Aoyama. Willing to be a different from the somehow formal wedding agency or the too loose party mating.

A person that want to enter Club excellence have mandatorily to submit an identification ID　(Passport, car driving license, Life Insurance). For young women that may be concern by this point we invite them to join with mind at ease. Once you join every member of the staff will look carefully to find the right person corresponding to your criteria of research. From the moment you join to a maximum of two weeks you will receive a dating mail introducing to you potential candidate.
More than 80% of the members have a meeting with a potential candidate.

Reasonable Price

There is no setting fee for a girl in here twenty. Before the end of the setting there is no fee (monthly fee for example). There for it is a service easier to use. There is only a fee to pay when there is a meeting of members. If the person presented to you didn't meet your criteria or you didn't find a proper time to meet or for any other raisons there will be absolutely no fee.

Protection of privacy

The information protection of the data entered by the members of the club is one of our main concerns. Beginning by your membership of the club, private information will never in any case leak from the database. (Please refer to the home page of the club excellence for more details.

From the registration to the first meeting

We will explain the process from your entry into the Club Excellence.
Every man and women seriously searching for a soul mate, and being older than 18 are kindly invited to join. If you have any questions or doubt feel free to contact us. All the team of the club will give all their support in your request.

・At first the free entry to become a provisional member

A person who would like to use our dating system has first to agree to the term of use of the Club excellence and then enter the criteria of the other person.

・To be registered as regular member

In order than everybody can use the club genuinely, in order to verify the identity of the applicant, please send one of the document bellow driver license, passport, life assurance card, the submission of your document can be done either by fax, scan or by mailing a copy or by coming yourself to our office (please refer to the information in the mail sent after your entry into the club. Two or three day after the receipt of the documents we will contact you to let you know about the completion of your registration.

Dating

The club team will find in our data the person matching the most to your criteria. We will introduce you a potential candidate within two weeks from your inscription. If the two parts are willing to meet, we will arrange a meeting schedule convenient for both parts. We will decide time and place and let you know, the setting place is generally a fashionable bar or restaurants near the station that you specified or in the office of Club Excellence, we are waiting for your inscription.
